Ascend is a college-prep coaching platform for high school students. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform for your own educational purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ascend.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If a parent pays on your behalf, both parties agree to these terms. You may not share your account with others.
Ascend offers monthly and quarterly subscriptions. You will be billed at the rate shown at signup. Renewal prices are disclosed at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not completed any missions. After that period or after completing missions, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@ascendapply.com to request a refund.
You own all content you submit to Ascend — your check-ins, mission proofs, and project materials. By submitting content, you grant Ascend a limited license to use it to provide and improve the service.
Ascend's roadmaps, coaching, mission templates, and platform content are owned by Ascend. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Ascend provides coaching and structure — we do not guarantee college admission outcomes. Results depend on the student's effort, consistency, and many factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
