We collect your name, email address, school information, quiz answers, project data, and usage activity within the platform. We also collect payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
Your data is used to personalize your roadmap, generate coaching, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our product.
Your data is visible to Ascend administrators for support and platform improvement. If a parent pays for your account, they receive a payment confirmation but cannot access your project data or coaching history.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time from Settings. For any privacy questions, email privacy@ascendapply.com.
We use cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
